Different Submission Deadline?

It looks like the "Rules" section has been updated stating that the submission deadline has been extended to November 30th but the "Dates" section states that submissions are due by Dec 1st. There is also mention of a form that needed to be filled out on November 24th (in Basecamp), but it came through on a "Daily Recap" the next day. Am I still able to submit my application?

    Early last week we updated the deadline and submission entry rules to help out everyone that was working on a challenge submission.

    The deadline is 11:59pm CST on Sunday November 30.

    The site says "December 1" only because all submissions are due before Midnight.

    Hope that helps to clarify.
